Supporting Rural Education: BOTH’s Long-Term Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

A delegation from Wuxi’s Liyuan Development Zone recently visited Yanlou Town in Huaxi District, Guiyang, for cross-regional exchange and collaboration, strengthening cooperation between eastern and western China and supporting rural education through charitable action. BOTH participated in the initiative, making targeted donations to Gaduo Primary School and Yanlou Middle School. This practical support helps students in mountainous communities pursue their aspirations and reflects BOTH’s ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility.

BOTH has long supported charitable causes through regular donations to local charitable foundations, helping improve public services and support vulnerable groups. The company has also established long-term charitable initiatives focused on education and elderly care. It previously contributed RMB 1 million to establish the “Chengnuan” Elderly Care Fund and the “Cheng’ai” Education Support Fund in its local subdistrict, providing targeted assistance to older people living alone, residents experiencing financial hardship, and children in difficult circumstances. In 2025, BOTH contributed RMB 900,000 to help establish the “Lixiang Shiguang” Elderly Meal Support Fund, dedicated to community meal services for older residents. Through sustained charitable funding, BOTH continues to help improve the quality of life of older people in the community.

The Guizhou education initiative extends BOTH’s charitable efforts across regions and explores further opportunities to support rural education. Based on the conditions at Gaduo Primary School and Yanlou Middle School and the needs of their students, BOTH provided targeted donations to improve teaching facilities and resources, offering practical support for education in mountainous communities.
